An efficient way to maximize yield and add profit is to use an aerodynamic grain cleaning machine. The most common reason for buying a grain separator is because there is not enough manual labor nor sufficient capital available for use in cleaning grain by hand. Each of our machines produce a very steady and consistent airflow. The air passes through an air intake, the separator, and then through an exhaust system. This aerodynamic design keeps grain kernel damage to a minimum compared to machines using a rotary agitator like those used in other machines.

The innovative AGS design will clean and grade different types of grain and bulk material such as corn, soybeans, barley, dry beans, wheat, rye, oats, sorghum, rice, wheat, sunflower seeds, and many others. Along with these crops, it can also be used for bulk material such as cotton or even wood chips. The AGS Grain Separator is a complete grain cleaning machine. 

The AGS Grain Separator is the earliest of the aerodynamic machine designs that started in 1995. A cyclone may be used with the AGS machine. The cyclone significantly reduces the amount of dust and chaff outside the machine. Air movement within the grain separator occurs in a continuous circular motion. No additional cyclones or aspiration equipment is required for using the separator inside a building. All the waste is deposited into a dumping box.
